DESCRIPTION
 Artist and historian Giuseppe Settinieri will take attendees on a trip back to 1870s Staten Island to learn about the courtship of Danish immigrant Frederick Jessen and Travis resident Auguste Korner. Their story will be told through Frederick’s love letters, which were found in Travis 50 years ago. This is the first time Frederick’s letters will be shared with the public.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Ample parking in lot across the street for Flagship and the adjoining
businesses. It’s mid-block, down a ramp (easy to miss). No charge, self-park. Short .7 mile walk from ferry, and directly across from Tompkinsville Train Station.
